Is there a single price for peptide care?
No single headline can tell you the whole charge. Ask for the visit, medicine and any other charges on the same written quote.
For brand-name weight-loss and diabetes medicines, the price can depend on whether you use insurance, a government programme or pay yourself.
Cash pricing means paying for medicine outside insurance.
The patient’s share of a covered charge is called a copay.
What cash-price range gives some context?
For several approved weight and diabetes medicines, most advertised cash prices from drugmakers were $149 to $499 per month in September 2026.
The price depended on the medicine and the amount prescribed. Some discounts ended if an order for more medicine was late. Zepbound is a weight-loss medicine with the ingredient tirzepatide. For one Zepbound cash discount, the refill order had to follow the last delivery by no more than 45 days. A refill means an order for more medicine. Ordering later could cost more.
These prices cover medicine. Visits, tests and other parts of care may cost extra.
Could a membership be a separate charge?
Some online services for weight-loss care advertised separate charges for a monthly membership and medicine in September 2026.
Ask whether you pay for each visit or keep paying each month. Ask what the fee includes and how to stop the payments. Compare the ongoing price with the opening offer.
What can I ask for in writing?
- What is the medicine charge after any opening offer?
- Are assessment and follow-up included?
- Are tests and delivery charged separately?
- Do I have to pay for a set number of months?
- What would I be charged if the visit ends without a prescription?
